Lead Qualification Bot
Route customers or prospects through a customized conversation flow for lead qualification, saving time and effort. The bot will then route the inquiry to the dedicated team/salesperson when it’s time to close a sale, after specified actions have occurred, or when the bot can no longer proceed. Having a bot to field initial sales questions also allows you to respond immediately, 24 hours per day, and increases the likelihood of conversion.
Campaigns are an easy way to send highly-targeted messages to large groups of people with very little work. Sonar users can quickly organize audiences using properties to keep messaging personalized and relevant. Send messages immediately, schedule them for later, or trigger messages through Sonar’s API.
Drip Campaigns (Follow-ups)
Utilize custom drip campaigns — automated text messages scheduled to be delivered based on selected times or specific user actions. With follow ups, you can create custom, automated cadences that will “follow up” with consumers who forget or don’t initially respond to messages. When a lead or prospect replies, they will be removed from subsequent follow ups and escalated to a sales person.
Use information you collect from prospects through Sonar’s lead qualification bot or data stored in your CRM to generate a score for each lead that comes through the funnel. Use that information to route the lead appropriately to the right team or to another bot.
Desktop Chat Widget
Whenever someone visits your website on a mobile device, a custom “Click Here to Text Us” banner is generated so your customers are easily able to connect with you. When clicked, the customer’s native text app opens up with your company’s phone number pre-populated. This is a great way to generate inbound leads and interest in text messaging.

Sonar ensures your company stays compliant to the evolving messaging policies and standards
When a customer asks you to stop messaging them, we automatically unsubscribe and prevent further communication.
Double opt-in is a two-step verification process to confirm customers to your messaging list. Enabling double opt-in allows you to generate a messaging list that complies with TCPA policies.
Intelligent Timezone Compliance
Protect against sending text messages to customers outside of acceptable hours (as stated by TCPA law) by enabling our intelligent timezone compliance feature. You have the option to set your own range of acceptable business hours. If not defined, Sonar’s system will use the TCPA default option of 8 a.m to 9 p.m. Messages sent outside of compliant hours will be queued up to be sent during the next compliant hour.
Intelligent Message Delivery
Campaign messages are intentionally sent out over a period of time to reduce the likelihood of carriers blocking due to spam. Sonar utilizes multiple phone number strategies for sending messages to improve deliverability rates. We offer local, toll-free, and short code number options which can help increase deliverability based on use cases.
Message Delivery Status
Get notified if your message made it to the customer’s device. Have full visibility on the status of your message to see if it’s in queue, sent, delivered, or possibly experienced an error.
